Professional Handyman Services in Surrey

We provide high-quality, reliable handyman services across Surrey at a clear and transparent rate.

Our standard rate for PAYG is £50 + VAT per hour, with time billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.

Minimum booking: 1 hour

Prefer price certainty? Choose a fixed-price estimate and secure your quoted rate. The final cost won't change, regardless of the time required to complete the work.

Specialist & Technical Work

Some projects require advanced expertise, specialist tools, or additional care and preparation. These may be charged at a higher rate.

This can include:

• Detailed finish carpentry

• Structural or heavy-duty wall mounting

• Complex installations

• Plumbing repairs beyond straightforward replacements

• Diagnostic and fault-finding work

If a specialist rate applies, this will always be clearly discussed and agreed before work begins.

Materials & Quality Assurance

Materials and parts are charged separately where required. We use quality fixings and materials suited to Surrey properties — whether modern developments or period homes.

All material costs are agreed in advance.

Fixed Quotations for Larger Projects

For larger or clearly defined works, we provide detailed fixed-price quotations following an assessment.

Clear scope. Clear pricing. No surprises.
